Before we begin any project, PMPC will comprehensively evaluate all aspects to establish whether the project is viable and/or help identify the workable and sensible options. Areas of investigation may include budgetary analysis, environmental impact assessment, legal or statutory restrictions, potential code violations, and more.
Schematic Design
PMPC will prepare preliminary design sketches based on your requirements and budget to explore possible options, incorporating site parameters, code restrictions, and more in order to help you make the most informed decisions for your project.
Design Development
PMPC will refine the schematic design for a clearer definition of the scope, preliminary budget, and quality of the finished project. Further cost projections will determine how closely the design conforms to the budget expectations, and if any adjustments are required.
Construction Documents
When the design concepts have been decided, PMPC will prepare working drawings and specifications. These are required to obtain building permits and bids, and to guide the contractor during the construction phase.
Permits & Documentation
PMPC will provide the required drawings and document preparation for regulatory groups and review boards, which can also include having us manage, submit, and acquire building permits and other approvals for the project.
Bidding and Negotiation
PMPC can provide helpful guidance as you seek a contractor for your project. We will help evaluate the bids and select the contractor, and prepare the contract between you and the contractor.
Project Coordination
PMPC, acting as your liaison, can help coordinate project responsibility and manage accountability among third-party vendors.
